CRAIG LANDE

Mr. Lande serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of RBC Richardson Barr where he helps run the U.S. A&D practice.

He has over 25 years of broad experience in the U.S. acquisition and divestiture market which includes the sale of assets and companies, fairness opinions and general advisory.

Prior to joining RBC Richardson Barr in 2005, Mr. Lande was a Vice President in the Houston office of Waterous & Co. and was actively involved in business development for the U.S. practice.

Mr. Lande holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Tulane University.
