MARK CASTIGLIONE

Mark Castiglione is Partner, Oil & Gas Strategy at Veriten. Mr. Castiglione has over 30

years of experience in the energy business including senior advisory, officer and board

roles.

In addition to being on the board of the Houston Producers Forum, Mr. Castiglione

serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Tech Petroleum Engineering Industry

Advisory Board and is the Chairman of the Texas Tech Petroleum Engineering

Academy.

Mr. Castiglione received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from

Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Cox

School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
