PHIL DELOZIER

Phil C. DeLozier is a retired energy executive.  Prior to his retirement, he served as the Executive Vice President – Business Development of EnerVest, Ltd., a privately held independent energy firm in Houston.  Phil was responsible for EnerVest’s acquisition program, joint ventures and industry relations.  Before joining EnerVest in 2006, he was Vice President – Business Development of EOG Resources, Inc. from 1996 – 2006. Previously, he worked at Tenneco Oil and McCormick Resources.

Phil serves as an active member of the Houston Producers’ Forum where he serves on the Board of Directors and was President in 2008.   Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston, where he was Chairman in 2007. 

He has been an active member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America serving as the Regional Director for the Houston Region from 2005 – 2013 and as a member of the Board of Directors.  Phil is also an active member of the Petroleum Club of Houston, where he served as President in 2018. 

Phil earned his B. A. degree at Oklahoma State University.
