BECKY BAYLESS

Ms. Bayless has over 20 years of experience in oil and gas accounting and finance. Prior to joining Indigo in February 2007, Ms. Bayless was the Controller for Energy Resource Technology, a subsidiary of Helix Energy Solutions.

From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Bayless helped to form Prize Energy Company as its Controller. Ms. Bayless began her career in oil and gas with Merit Energy Company.

Ms. Bayless holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
